TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  

The Supplier
The supplier is Robinsons Electric of Unit 606 Alston House, White Cross Industrial Estate, Lancaster, Lancs, LA1 4XQ and is the address where all correspondence should be sent. 

Placing Orders
You are responsible for ensuring that you are ordering the correct goods, having established that they are exactly what you want in terms of specification, colour and size. Robinsons Electric will not accept return of goods other than damaged or faulty goods.
Before purchasing from Robinsons Electric you are deemed to have read these terms and conditions and understood them. 

Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a confirmed delivery date free of charge.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods have not been unpacked or assembled, and are in a re-saleable condition. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of those goods. You would however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us at the cost of £20.00. On items where the delivery cost is over £20.00 the cost of returning the goods will be the same cost as the dispatched charge.
If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products to Robinsons Electric. We will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.

Description of Goods
All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.  Payment of goods is to be made in full prior to the goods being dispatched either by credit card or cleared cheque. 
All prices include VAT at the current rate but are subject to change without notice.

Delivery
Robinsons Electric always endeavours to adhere to delivery estimates but they are unfortunately estimates and with the best will in the world and the most efficient systems, things sometimes do go wrong, very often outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods and time is not of the essence. Goods are dispatched in perfect condition by a courier that requires a receipt signature by the addressee confirming the goods have been received in the same condition. Any damaged goods must be refused and the courier informed to return to the goods to Robinsons Electric. Any internal damage to the goods must be reported in writing to our office within 3 working days, otherwise Robinsons Electric will not be held responsible.

Faulty Goods
Goods received as faulty will be replaced with the same model within a reasonable time depending upon availability from the manufacturer. If a replacement is not available then a full refund excluding carriage will be made.  Faulty goods must be returned at your expense by courier and include transit damage insurance. The goods must be in the original packing and include all accessories and instruction books. Any missing items or transit damage will be chargeable to you.

Guarantees
Manufacturer guarantees vary but are a minimum of 12 months. Electronic faulty items can either be returned to Robinsons Electric or alternatively taken to the nearest authorised service agent for repair. Details of which can be obtained be contacting Robinsons Electric. Repaired faulty items sent to Robinsons Electric will be returned to you at our expense.
