When I phoned you last Thursday you gave me a good price for the Alphason AD5/47-s 2. I placed the order, and gave you my card number, which you confirmed would be shredded as soon as you'd used it. 3. You told me to expect delivery in three to five working days. It arrived the next day. Mission accomplished: Customer expectations exceeded, and you can be sure He'll be back. If you do everything right - then your work is fun.
